Cancerpatientmingle.com is greatly needed by many and was founded to bring patients, survivors and others together over the Internet, and to bring happiness at a crucial time of their lives, in hopes that they will find meaningful, real-life relationships or companionships if you are just needing somebody to talk to. Because many patients are living longer and longer lives.
Many cancer patients have difficulty finding somebody to talk to...much less date. Often times, when a cancer patient tells someone else who doesn't have cancer about their condition, that someone else may avoid getting into a deeper relationship with them and may alienate you or treat you as if you have a contagious desease.
We do not believe it has to be that way.
We believe the main ingredient of any relationship is mutual interests, the more of it the better the relationship. And must include respect, and trust.
At this time I would like to encourage the use of the chat room, on a regular bases to get to know other people and discuss possible mutual interest in one another or just complain about our government, or maybe others can see your problems in another view. Shared grief is half the sorrow, but shared happiness is doubled.
Happiness and health are the keys to life.
We expect everyone in this community to treat each other with dignity and respect.
The site was started by Charles Murrell.
I was diagnosed with the incurable part of prostate cancer, sometimes called terminal cancer, after a prostatectomy two years ago. I started this website with a desire to help those who have trouble finding companionship and are struggling with cancer or any other medical conditions in life.
